In our 12 to 24-month Michelin Trainee Program, you will learn the basics and skills for your future job. During this time, you will get to know various areas and will be professionally accompanied by training and practical support tailored to your needs. To promote your personal and professional development, you will have a dedicated contact person from the department at your side throughout the entire program.

As a trainee, you will take on responsible tasks right from the start. Experienced colleagues will accompany you and help you to develop your technical and methodological skills. In addition, you will be responsible for or accompany projects in parallel.
As a trainee, you will start at Michelin with a direct entry into a junior position. After your onboarding, you will be trained by your contact person and our experienced colleagues in your team. After your induction in the specialist area, you will get to know other areas and also receive professional support there. In addition, you will take part in training courses tailored to your needs, which will support your personal and professional development. After getting to know other areas, you will take on your junior position and also be responsible for challenging projects. After completing the trainee program, you have the opportunity to participate in our internal Talent Development Program to further develop your personality and basic leadership skills (leadership mindset).

You have a bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of cooperative education, e.g. in the fields of economics, business economics, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering. You inspire us with a very high degree of personal responsibility and strong communication skills. You are interested in working in international teams, enjoy traveling and have a healthy curiosity. You have empathy and are sensitive to the needs of employees and customers. English on B2 level in word and writing is no problem for you.
