We have immediate openings for Brand Director levels across our portfolio and within our Marketing Team. These positions are based in Greenville, SC – close to beaches, mountains, and major cities like Atlanta and Charlotte.

What you will do:

Own and run the portfolio utilizing the SAVE marketing model. SAVE = Solution (Product / Services), Access (Distribution), Value (Pricing) and Engagement (Promotion / Communication).  Ultimately, the brand teams coordinate every aspect of their portfolio’s success to achieve profitable growth, including:

  • Creating a vision, building strategic and tactical plans, and motivating the broader organization to action

  • Steer the segment, delivering business results and running profitability with operational excellence

  • Leverage business analytics (equity, share, volume, P&L drivers, etc.) to inform data driven action plans

  • Aligning and engaging teams, such as integrated marketing and communications, to ensure business objectives are met

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal (regional and global) and external partners to support brand initiatives

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with our business objectives and market trends

What you will bring:

  • Strong leadership skills and proven track record to prioritize, and implement in a high-performing environment

  • Experience in driving business results and driving transformation

  • Experience in a matrix oriented, global corporation is preferred

  • A team player approach, driving collaboration across the organization

  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline, MBA is a plus

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of Marketing experience
