MICHELIN Guide & Robert Parker Wine Advocate is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Integration Manager to join our team, based in BKK office.

MISSION :

- Support the country leads in delivery of sponsorship contract entitlements.

- Be the key liaison between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project steering and development of accounts.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS :

  • Participate in the implementation of commercial proposals by validating the P&L and steering the deployment of offers.

  • Responsible for negotiating services with suppliers/partners.

  • In conjunction with the KAM, Partnership Integration Manager is the interface between the client and the various areas of expertise: events, digital, print, communication, social networks, legal and selection.

  • Coordinate the various internal and external players and ensures that the project is carried out correctly.

  • Partnership Integration Manager is the client's main contact, informing and accompanying on the progress of the project, from the kick-off, he/she is responsible for the validation back and forth and for all communication around the project (external/internal), and for organizing the steering committees.

  • Work in tandem with the Events Managers to monitor the integration of partners.

  • As part of the deployment of projects, Partnership Integration Manager is required to travel occasionally (based on project needs, steering and liaison purposes).

  • Guarantee and participate in measuring customer satisfaction (deployment of tools / voice of the customer).

  • Responsible for steering the project development and combing the progressive efforts from the related teams to deliver on contract deliverables. When required, Partnership Integration Manager will need to draw up an assessment (internal/external) for project learning.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management and Project Management

  • Experience in negotiation and management of external service providers (freelancers, agencies)

  • Strong communication, detail oriented and good time management is a must

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Exceptional client service skills

  • Fluent in English
