We are looking for a self‑driven Salesforce Developer who can work autonomously to build and maintain high‑quality solutions. The ideal candidate collaborates effectively with business stakeholders and translates requirements into clear functional or technical specifications. A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering reliable solutions are essential for success in this role.
- Key Qualifications (Mandatory):
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce development, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology;
- Mid‑level professional experience;
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201);
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI);
- Experience in CRM development and/or IS/IT project management;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities;
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Key Achievements / Expected Results:
Develop and implement customized solutions using Salesforce;
Ensure efficient administration of the CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) process;
Maintain the existing CLM process, including updates, troubleshooting, and adaptation to new requirements;
Administer and maintain Salesforce applications by updating functionalities, fixing errors, adapting to business requirements, and ensuring compatibility with other Microsoft 365 systems;
Provide relevant Power BI reports and dashboards to support decision‑making and performance monitoring;
Ensure efficient administration of the CLM process;
Maintain continuous communication with partners to provide technical support;
Coordinate end-to-end testing, record business requirements, and execute change requests;
Develop detailed implementation plans by defining deadlines, implementation stages, and resource allocation;
Organize and formalize the deployment plan for project phases (feasibility, development, testing);
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project implementation;
Maintain regular communication with business partners to provide project implementation updates and collect feedback;
Automate workflows and business processes;
Stay informed about CLM platform releases, new features, and industry trends related to CLM functionality;
Collaborate with the direct manager when new work tasks relevant to the position arise.
