This role is based in the Michelin Shared Services Center in Bucharest, Michelin Corporate & Business Services, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Sales Administration, Personnel and Service Management.

What will you bring to the team?

  • 1 year experience in a back-office or administrative position would be a plus; ​
  • Fluency in both French and English;
  • University degree;
  • Proficiency in Excel;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and a results-oriented approach;
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes;
  • A team-oriented attitude and customer-focused mindset.

What will you do?

Support in using SAP Concur for bookings and expense reports:

  • Assist employees with creating expense reports.
  • Support travel bookings in the system.
  • Help create or manage Hertz Gold accounts.
  • Manage delegations and employee account reactivations or profile updates.
  • Reactivate Michelin or external accounts when needed.
  • Respond to various questions related to the travel policy.
  • Research and explain specific expenses when requested.
  • Look up information for professional expense files.
  • Address general questions related to the SAP Concur tool.
  • Retrieve CWT files or invoices and support with claims management.
  • Solve issues in the tool or with external service providers (Hertz, CWT, etc.).
  • Work with Level 2 Support for technical issues and coordinate with the Travel Manager for intranet or chatbot updates.
  • Assist with investigations or research following emails from the control team.
  • Provide guidance on RIB updates and Citi card issues.
  • Update and analyze chatbot content as needed.
