MISSION : 
Provide high quality value services to our employees by analyzing, administrating and optimizing their benefits packages. Is responsible for collaboratively ensuring the continued quality of benefits service delivery rendered to Michelin plan participants by our vendor partners. 
This person shall have a depth knowledge of the Benefits Policies and plans and be able to manage escalation of issues in a timely manner.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

1.    Operates and administrate the employee car fleet in the category of Employee Benefit and Working Tool (utilitary vehichles not in scope). This is in accordance to the Car Asignation policy dictated by AMC SP.
2.    Support employees with their questions or issues about the performance of services by the Vendors and escalate accordingly any potential problem. Should be available to attend urgent calls beyond working hours.
3.    Keeps updated the car database of vehicles in the fleet as well as the paper records. 
4.    Validate car maintenance expenses in a timely manner and in accordance with the policy.
5.    Conduct internal raffles for leased vehicles at the end of the contract.
6.    Follow up with Insurance broker and car insurance company quality of services provided to employees, reviewing periodically statistics of events and participates in the annual biding and definition of car insurance.
7.    Render service for employees in regards tire vouchers on benefit for employees.
8.    Process payments for Payroll Vendors in a timely fashion manner.
9.    Ensure the continuity of service by solving payment issues, work with purchasing, purchase to pay and treasury.
10.    Keep close contact with SP to receive updates in regards Benefits Policies and adapt own process accordingly.
11.    Develop work strategies to maximize efficiency, effectiveness and Business as Usual.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required.

  • 1 or 2 years of experience

  • Full English performance
