KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• Exemplarity in the implementation of the safety arrangements for self and those around them, and for the equipment (Apply the operational control plan and review the environmental impact of all its actions)
• Efficiency of all interventions (contributing to the optimal availability of the machine, ...)
• Effectiveness of all interventions (resources used, consumption of spare parts, of energy)
• Quality of the work and repairs to ensure the continued compliance of the equipment
•Proposals for modification or improvement of equipment (security, reliability, durability, cost)
• Environmental impact of interventions and work done (no degradation due to the intervention, leakage reduction, reduction of pressure losses, ...)
• Compliance of repairs on working equipment subject to regulations (pressure, lifting, etc.) within the limits authorized by his/her level of welder licence
• Compliance of parts made from engineering drawings, using standard welding and/or metalworking equipment.
• Mechanical background, pipe fitting and fabrication layout considered an asset.
The following Certificates are required:
- Current Pressure Welder Licence GTAW / SMAW all position certified.
- Pressure Welder License per NS Boiler and Pressure Equipment Regulation
