THE OPPORTUNITY

Michelin is seeking a hardworking Prosci or CCMP™ Certified Change Manager with a proactive attitude and a collaborative spirit, eager to lead ground-breaking initiatives and make a substantial impact in our organization which is headquartered in Greenville, SC.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Lead organizational change initiatives using the ADKAR model to drive successful transitions within all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts and develop tailored change management strategies.
  • Create and complete communication plans to ensure clear messaging and team member engagement throughout the change process (i.e.: Stakeholder Plan, Impact Assessments, Communications Plan, Organization Design & Roles, and Training Plan)
  • Ensure training sessions and workshops to equip employees with the skills needed for successful adaptation are successful.
  • Monitor and measure change effectiveness, gathering feedback to refine approaches and enhance future initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change-related issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

  • Valid Prosci or CCMP™ Certification in Change Management, demonstrating expertise in the ADKAR model and experience with organizational change principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Masters Degree is desirable)
  • 2-4 years experience in organizational change with technology and process focus (CRM experience is desirable)
  • Strong executive presence and a proven track record leading and facilitating meetings
  • Proven experience in running change initiatives in a corporate environment, with a consistent track record of successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and engage team members at all levels.
  • A sound understanding of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to identify risks, employing effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • A proactive approach and a collaborative spirit, ready to take on challenges and drive transformation.
