WICHTIGE ERWARTETE LEISTUNGEN Aufträge und Lieferungen verwalten • Erfasst Kundenaufträge und erfüllt diese in Übereinstimmung mit den Bedürfnissen des Kunden, der jeweiligen Vereinbarung und dem festgelegten Service-Level • Schlägt Produktalternativen im Falle von Phase-outs oder Engpässen vor • Optimiert, plant und koordiniert Lieferungen bei Bedarf zusammen mit Kunden und Partnern Überwachen der Durchführung • Betreut das Kundenauftragsportfolio und überwacht dessen Durchführung • Kommuniziert mit den jeweils relevanten Partnern, um pünktliche Lieferungen und die Einhaltung von Serviceverpflichtungen sicherzustellen • Benachrichtigt die relevanten Kunden im Falle von Vorkommnissen, Verzögerungen oder Ausfällen bei Serviceverpflichtungen proaktiv und beteiligt sich an der Suche nach einer Lösung für den Kunden • Informiert Kunden und hält Rücksprache mit ihnen Anfragen verwalten • Erfasst Anfragen und Forderungen von Kunden • Analysiert Probleme und bietet Lösungen bzw. passende Antworten an • Kommuniziert durchgängig mit Kunden und schließt Vorgänge ab • Führt grundlegende Ursachenanalysen durch und implementiert Korrekturmaßnahmen, um einem erneuten Auftreten des jeweiligen Problems vorzubeugen • Bespricht wiederholt auftretende Probleme mit den relevanten internen Partners, um Lösungen zu finden Unterstützung der Verkäufe • Ergreift Chancen für Upselling oder Crossselling im Rahmen von Aufträgen oder Anfragen von Kunden und des Portfoliomanagements Arbeitsmethoden anwenden und verbessern • Wendet Standards und Verfahren an (einschließlich interner Kontrollen und Embargos ...) • Trägt zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Arbeitsmethoden und Kundenzufriedenheit bei
