MISSION :
• Oversee the day-to-day operation to ensure the sufficient services and quality with the effective means. The responsibility is including to provide guidance, procedure, and regulation for Employee service of the Site.
• Managing service provider to ensure that all providers can deliver the services to meet expectations
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Managing the overall services of the site and ensure that activities are executed properly as planned and user satisfy.
Interfacing with internal employees and providing administrative support : company car, phone, fleet card services for employees including manage bidding process, etc.
Managing Event Coordination: Assist in organizing office events, workshops, or conferences
Developing and maintaining Employee platform (Services App, Services request flows and SharePoint)
Ensuring the security, safety, environment, and health of the employees in the site
Taking care of payments of goods and services relating to employee administration (stationery, rental, cleaning, etc.).
Monitoring of facility management and maintenance; managing service providers to ensure that all services are meet expectations including coordinate with Property Management Team to ensure that the building regulation is fully complied.
Dealing with local and relevant government authorities related to company’s legal affairs.
Developing and analysis services’ reports.
Supervising Temporary Staffs: Receptionists, Maids and Drivers to ensure that they can provide services to the level of expectation.
Being able to use: MS Form, Automate Flow, Power Apps and Power BI
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or related fields
2-3 years experience in Employee Services, HR or GA
Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps is a plus
Excellent service minded, problem solving and multitasking skill
Excellent in communication, collaboration and teamwork
Proactive, ability to handle various stakeholders and unexpected challenges.
Thai native speaker with English Fluency
