WICHTIGE ERWARTETE LEISTUNGEN • Konformität der technischen Dokumentation der Maschinen und der entsprechenden Anleitungen (Sicherheit, Qualität, Reaktionsverfahren und Backup ...) • Die Wartungsanweisungen (Einstellung, Inbetriebnahme, Justierung, Kalibration usw.) wurden ausgeführt und angewendet • Technische Analysen, Wartungspläne und Obsoleszenzpläne bestehen und sind relevant • Unterstützungsmaßnahmen sind effizient (Reaktionen auf den Bedarf der betrieblichen Wartung bei Ausfällen und korrektiver Aktionsplan zur Vermeidung eines Wiederauftretens der Probleme) • Die technischen Parameter sind unter Kontrolle (technische Parameter der Maschine für den Prozess -MTP) • PDR-Liste (Definition, Anpassung, Optimierung, Abbruch) • Verbesserte TRS (Verfügbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Leistungssteigerung von Maschinen) • Geringere Wartungskosten (Fehlerbehebung und präventive Arbeiten, ... ) • Verbesserung der Wartungsfähigkeiten (Betreuung, Schulungsmaterialien, Unterstützungsgeräte zur Wartung, One-Point-Lessons...)
