WICHTIGE ERWARTETE LEISTUNGEN • Die bestehenden Qualitätskompetenzen entsprechen dem Bedarf der Geschäftseinheit und ggf. der Erneuerung der Tätigkeit. Die Beständigkeit dieser Kompetenzen wird sichergestellt. Die Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter im Rahmen der hierarchischen Verantwortung wird regelmäßig und fortlaufend durchgeführt. Das Team hat Verantwortungsbewusstsein. • Lokale Risiken werden bei der zentralen Qualitätsplanung während den Prototyp- und Vorserienphasen berücksichtigt. • Der Werksindustrialisierungsplan (Factory Industrialization Plan, PDI) wird für alle Aspekte, darunter Produkte, Materialien, Prozesse und Methoden, definiert und eingehalten. • Technische Unterstützung für MC wird bereitgestellt • Die den Werkstätten bereitgestellten Definitionsreferenzdokumente sorgen dafür, dass das Modell gemäß den Angaben von Central eingehalten wird, z. B.: grün, vulkanisiert, Vulkanisierungsregeln, Oberflächen und Schnittstellen, Hilfsmaterialien, Separatoren ...) • Mit den den Werkstätten bereitgestellten Methodenreferenzdokumenten werden die von Central vorgegebenen Standards eingehalten und die Konformität des Fertigungsprozesses unterstützt. • Qualitätssicherungsmethoden, zentrale Standards (Prozesskontrolle, Messungen, Uniformität, Architektur, Statistiken, FTP ...) sowie MMW-/MDW-Best Practices werden implementiert • Risikoanalysen in Zusammenhang mit der Weiterentwicklung/Konzipierung (PMPM) werden regelmäßig durchgeführt und aktualisiert. • Alle entsprechenden Maßnahmen werden implementiert (Qualitätsplanung, Schulung ...)Inspire Motion for Life: Apply Today!
