WICHTIGE ERWARTETE LEISTUNGEN • Methoden und Praktiken angewandt (Ausführung der Arbeiten gemäß Anforderungen von Sicherheit, Umweltschutz, Qualität, Befolgung der Anweisungen, Nachverfolgbarkeit…) • Optimierte Wartungspläne (Häufigkeit berücksichtigt, Qualität sichergestellt, Analysen, Verbesserungsvorschläge vorgelegt, geprüft, ob S-Tätigkeiten bei Inspektionen Klasse „C“ systematisch geplant sind...). • Effektivität aller Maßnahmen (Vorbeugung von Ausfällen, Verfügbarkeit von Ersatzteilen, Fehlerbehebung in optimierter Zeit...) • Verbesserte TRS-P (Rate und Dauer von Ausfällen und präventiven Stillstandszeiten, Zykluszeit, Mikroausfallzeiten...gemäß den Zielen jeder Maschine). • Effizienz aller Maßnahmen (genutzte Ressourcen, verbrauchte Ersatzteile, nachhaltige Energieeffizienz der Ausrüstung) • Unterstützung der MDP-Prozesse (Ereignisse am Vortag analysiert, Anforderungen der 5'-Briefings bearbeitet oder aktualisiert...) • Anwendung der Total Process Control-Standards (MTP) durch die Wartung (Sperr- und Entsperrverfahren) • Kontrolle der Auswirkungen während der Weiterentwicklung der Ausrüstung (Analyse der möglichen Konsequenzen der Weiterentwicklung auf die Zuverlässigkeit, Qualität und Effizienz der Wartung) • Betreuung der Fehlerbehebungs- und Wartungskräfte hinsichtlich geplanter Arbeiten (Schulung zu technischen Maßnahmen, Sicherstellung der Anwendung von Wartungsmethoden, Förderung der Verwendung von Bibsolv +, Erhaltung der Konformität der Ausrüstung, Aktualisierung der technischen Datei und der Materialliste...)Inspire Motion for Life: Apply Today!
