WICHTIGE ERWARTETE LEISTUNGEN Im Verantwortungsbereich (BU oder BU-Gruppen): • Die gelieferten Produkte entsprechen den Qualitätsplanungsmodellen und werden gemäß den Erhaltsstandards gefertigt. Es werden gute MMW-Praktiken angewendet. • Die Qualitäts- und Produktivitätsleistung entspricht den vom Workshop festgelegten Zielen. Die „Right The First Time“-Prinzipien werden angewendet. • Die Risiken hinsichtlich der Kundenrisiken, Produktkonformität und Qualitätsleistung werden vorweggenommen. Es werden Aktionen zur Risikominderung implementiert. • Alle Beschwerden, Konformitätsabweichungen, Abweichungen von der Standardsituation und Leistungsabweichungen werden angemessen bearbeitet. Die Effektivität implementierter Aktionen ist belegt. Die Gründe für Abweichungen oder Nichterfüllung der Leistungsanforderungen werden gelöst und in den Fortschrittsplan aufgenommen. • Der Qualitätsabschnitt des Fortschrittsplans ist fertiggestellt. Er trägt zur Definition bei • Sie helfen allen Bedienern, berufliche Kompetenzen zu erwerben (durch Mentoring, Schulung usw.)
