WICHTIGE ERWARTETE LEISTUNGEN • Der Risiko-Vorbeugungsplan wird angewendet und die Sicherheitsanforderungen berücksichtigt (Personal und Ausrüstung) • Die Wartungsstrategie wird gemäß Kritikalität der Ausrüstung angewendet • Die Wartungspläne werden implementiert und umfassen die Prozess-Zulaufgrößen (einschließlich Beitrag zur Prozesskontrolle durch Implementierung, Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von Wartungsplänen). • Die Effektivität der Maßnahmen wird kontinuierlich optimiert (Analyse der Wartungsergebnisse und Implementierung der erforderlichen Aktionen gemäß einer Dynamik des kontinuierlichen Fortschritts über kurze und mittelfristige Zeithorizonte (Woche/Monat) • Die Wartungskosten sind optimiert (betriebliche Effizienz, Energie- und Ersatzteilverbrauch • Die Schritte und Werkzeuge von MMW und die Ordnungs- und Sauberkeitsstandards werden angewendet. • Die Robustheit der Ausrüstung wird sichergestellt, insbesondere beim Umgang mit Obsoleszenzfällen • Ressourcen werden adaptiert (Kompetenz und Menge), Schulungs- und Nachfolgepläne werden erstellt
