Senior Training Support Assistant with French

This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel.

As a Senior Training Support Assistant you will collaborate with the Training Managers in the implementation of trainings and development actions carried out in France, in accordance with local norms and legislation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in French and English;

  • Bachelor / Master degree;

  • Min. 1-2 years of experience as a Training Assistant, HR Assistant or  in an administrative role;

  • Organizational and multitasking ability;

  • Attention to details;

  • A good team worker and customer-oriented approach;

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (medium level of Excel);

  • Ability to work with small and medium databases.

 

The Senior Training Support Assistant will:

  • Participate in the preparation of the annual calendar (Training Plan) together with the training managers.

  • Define and update the details necessary to organize a training event, the support database for training planning.

  • Reserve the necessary resources: rooms, access to sites and trainers.

  • Register training participants in the system if they are unable to do so by themselves.

  • Produce and transmit to the trainers the administrative documents related to the training (attendance sheets, internship attestation, access codes, other information necessary for the training).

  • Cancel sessions with everything the cancellation process entails.

  • Ensure the quality of the data in the system and update the information, if necessary.

  • Close sessions in the system, ensuring an up-to-date training history.

  • Correct data and anomalies in the reference system.

  • Communicate (mostly by e-mail) with employees and training managers to deal with particular cases or specific problems.

  • Propose solutions to improve processes.

  • Train new colleagues and ensures operational support for the entire team.

  • Ensure business continuity (back-up) in case of need and contribute to the acquisition of versatility within the team

  • Respect and promote the use of the LEAN methodology.

  • Be the point of contact for colleagues who need support in case of complex situations.

  • Provide occasional support for any team activity.

  • Propose, define and calculate performance indicators within the team.

  • Make the quality and performance indicators established with the partner entities available to the manager directly.
