Establish a Territory diagnostic and identify key trends in the sell-out of the eRetail market
Identify business acceleration / collaboration opportunities based on data available on the online market and on the erRtailers.
Drive the eJoint Business Plans with WAC (Winner/Accessable/Competable ) eRetailers
Identify priority eRetailers
Support creation of ambitious eRetail action plans.
Support Sales and marketing teams to develop eShare of Market through partnerships with winning e-Retail Leaders and lock down data sharing agreements
Facilitate deployment of initiatives listed in action plans including dealer minimum requirements and policies
Identify opportunities to increase leads and conversions using all aspects of the consumer journey and make enhancement recommendations
Drive UX (User experience) Optimization through external benchmarks and best practices. Monitor and steer performance
Organize product content upload and update
Through analytics, monitor changes in sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
