WICHTIGE ERWARTETE LEISTUNGEN • Reduzierung der Wartungskosten, Reduzierung des PDR-Verbrauchs, Begründung bei Outsourcing… • Integrität der Dashboards und der Wartungskennzahlen • Support-Termine von betrieblichem Wartungspersonal für Methoden und Werkzeuge • Bestehen und regelmäßige Prüfung von Wartungsplänen – rechtzeitige Berichte zur Weiterentwicklung von Leistungs- und Aktionsplänen zum Gegensteuern bei unerwünschten Trends • Entwicklung von Methoden und Praktiken – Projektempfehlungen (Risikoanalysen, FMEA, Priorisierung, MTP (Total Process Control)...) • Anregung des Total Process Control-Ansatzes (MTP) (entsprechend dem MTP-Qualitätskoordinator, Konsolidierung von Ressourcenanforderungen, MTP-Indikatoren, Implementierung von Aktionsplänen, Kohärenz von PM2 mit Ergebnissen der MTP-Workshops) • Selbstdiagnose – Benchmark-Daten (einschließlich Prozessleistung) – Mainstreaming der Geschäfts-Kontinuitätsanalyse und Kritikalität der Ausrüstung • Aktualisiertes Fähigkeits-Mapping – Schulungsdokumente/Unterstützung – One-Point-Lessons zu Methoden und Werkzeugen • Ziele des Schlüssel-Anwenders in der Position RUL/SI bei RUL BMA-Rolle festgelegt
