- Account-Management für Kunden aller Größenordnungen, indem Sie Ihr Team gegenüber Kunden nach außen vertreten und intern mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen zusammenarbeiten
- Gründliches Verständnis der Marktposition des Kunden, seines Produkts/seiner Dienstleistung, seiner Unterscheidungsmerkmale und seines Wettbewerbsumfelds entwickeln
- Erfassen, Verwalten und Beantworten von Kundenanfragen/-beschwerden 
- Aufbau und Pflege enger Arbeitsbeziehungen zu Geschäftsführern auf allen Ebenen
- Management der Kundenkommunikation und Kundenbeziehungen im Alltag in Bezug auf laufende, neue und anstehende Projekte, einschließlich Auswertung der Geschäfte
- Vorbereiten und Präsentieren von Verkaufsinformationen und effektiven Vorschlägen für den Kunden bei Erneuerungen oder neuen Initiativen
- Bei Bedarf Kundenbesuche, Teilnahme an Messen und anderen Branchenveranstaltungen, um Möglichkeiten zum Networking und zum Aufbau von Beziehungen zu nutzen
- Proaktiv mit Kunden und dem sich ständig verändernden Markt in Verbindung bleiben, um neue Recherchemöglichkeiten zu erschließen und sicherzustellen, dass alle in Frage kommenden Kunden regelmäßig und effektiv angesprochen werden 
- Entwicklung/Generierung neuer Leads durch Trendbeobachtung, Recherchieren, Identifizieren von Gelegenheiten, Kaltakquise und Vereinbarung von Terminen.

Erfahrungen erforderlich in:
- Arbeit mit Kunden (Customer Service Relationship / Kundenservice)
- Projekt- oder Account-Management (Account- oder Projektmanagement)
- Aufbau von Beziehungen (Networking)
- Verwaltung von Ergebnissen und Fristen (Opportunity Management)
