This role is based in the Michelin Corporate Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Personnel and Service Management.
The HR Analyst is responsible for providing first-level technical support to internal users of Workday, the HR management system, while maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree;
Fluency in French & English (at least B2 level);
Customer IT support experience would be a plus;
Problem solving skills and ability to provide level one technical assistance;
Team-worker attitude and proactivity;
Customer-oriented approach & solution focused
Analytical skills are a must;
Excel medium level.
The HR Analyst will:
Respond to employee and partner requests (internal/external) received via the ServiceNow ticketing system regarding various HR processes (recruitment, training, personal data administration, performance, etc.), in compliance with response deadlines and predefined standards.
Ensure and validate processes in Workday (dependents, address, bank account, name change, HR BP updates, expatriation, employee transfers).
Manage and suggest improvements for the internal HR chatbot based on the analysis of incoming requests and process developments.
Handle mass uploads; monitor files from HR BP and perform testing and validation in both test and production environments.
Contribute to the design/improvement of performance indicators for better activity and progress management.
Escalate complex cases that cannot be resolved at this level to the next level of support.
Identify needs for improvement/optimization of existing processes and related tools, report them to internal partners (support/specialists), while also contributing to the development of improvement measures.
Handle employees’ CITI bank account numbers.
