MISSION:

The Benefits Analyst plays a key role in ensuring Michelin employees receive accurate, timely, and competitive benefits. This position supports the overall employee experience by managing benefits administration, coordinating with external partners, and maintaining reliable employee data to enable informed HR decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, data, and systems while contributing to a positive and well‑structured workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

Benefits Administration

  • Manage medical reimbursement processes, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely employee payments

  • Administer employee allowances in line with company policies and approved budgets

  • Act as a point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and provide clear, professional guidance

Insurance Coordination

  • Coordinate with insurance company on policy administration, employee eligibility, and claims resolution

  • Support insurance renewal activities and benefits updates

  • Maintain effective collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders

Reporting, Scorecards & Performance Monitoring

  • Design, produce, and maintain HR scorecards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee benefits

  • Monitor benefits budgets, expenses, and utilization trends, including variance analysis and follow‑up actions

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to support cost control, decision‑making, and continuous improvement

Employee Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee benefits data in HR systems

  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements

  • Support basic HR analytics and data audits

Company Event Support

  • Support company events, health initiatives, and employee engagement activities

  • Coordinate logistics, tracking, and post‑event reporting where required

Training

  • Oversee monthly payment processing and follow-ups for external vendors.

  • Manage communication with stakeholders, including trainers, program managers, and vendors.

  • Manage training lesson submissions and maintain relationships with government officials: Department of Skill Development (DSD).

  • Upload and maintain training records for APAC regional users to ensure accurate records tracking.

  • Manage end-to-end training logistics including scheduling, registration, mass enrollment, and attendance preparation.

  • Support in issuance of self-assessment process to internal employees.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

  • Obtained a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR operations, Benefits Administration or L&D Administration.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Business Proficiency in English and Thai language

Preferred:

  • Experience in a regional or multinational environment.

  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
