Summary: The HR Support Specialist helps employees and partners with their questions about HR processes such as payroll, benefits, recruitment, training, and personal data. The role also supports users in using HR systems (like the Michelin & Moi Portal, Eddy Chatbot, and InTouch), updates employee information when needed, and helps improve HR processes and tools.
What we’re looking for:
Very good command of French (minimum B2 level).
Good command of English.
Strong digital skills and ability to work with various systems and tools.
Customer orientation, initiative, and proactivity.
Higher education degree.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
The HR Support will:
- Respond to employee and partner requests according to defined criteria and document them in the ticketing tool (ServiceNow) across all Personnel administrative processes (Payroll, Benefits, etc.) and other HR areas (Recruitment, Training, Personal Data, etc.).
- Analyze inquiries to provide accurate and efficient support to employees and partners.
- Update information and data within the systems and tools accessible to employees and partners.
- Monitor the quality and timeliness of responses to employee/partner requests in order to create, track, and challenge performance indicators for improved activity management and continuous improvement.
- Handle calls, respond to inquiries, and support employees on topics such as payroll, individual compensation statements, transportation, etc., using the HR information systems and tools in place.
