KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Build the right product:
•Understand functional requirements provided by the Front-office team
•Design & develop the solution, taking into account Front-Office team principals and guidance
•Unitary testing of its developments, and if needed participation to integration testing before delivery
•Deploy the solution by contributing to change management 

Deliver Right: 
•A stable, performing, scalable, easy to use, secure, easy to maintain & to operate Solution is designed and developed

Deliver Fast: 
•An incremental approach is used during design and development to manage the lead time 

Solution Maintenance : 
•The Developer Analyst maintains and optimizes a working solution in « Business as Usual » by providing support level 3

•Team performance : 
Demonstrates on a daily basis Agile & Lean values

PREREQUISITE

Minimum school level or equivalent experience:
Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science (or equivalent) is a minimum. A master degree would be an advantage.


Awaited professional experience:
Required: 
•From 5-8 years of experience
•A significant experience of delivery in a package-based context, ideally on ServiceNow
•Experience working as a team member in a Scrum team practicing Agile development
•Technical skills: 
•Experience on Implementation of Service Now ITSM Modules / Integrations
•Hands-on experience on declarative techniques – UI policy, Survey configuration, system properties, email configurations, Roles, ACLs
•Hands-on experience of working with script-based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages, UI Actions, Workflow etc. and Javascript (MUST)
•Experience of working with ServiceNow Glide objects such as GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax etc. 
•Experience of Web services method REST & SOAP
•Knowledge of usage of MID Server and configurations
•Experience in Service Portal – HTML, widgets, pages
•Good knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices
•ServiceNow Admin Certified / ServiceNow Implementation specialist is an advantage
•Some additional skills may also be useful to 1 or 2 people
