Your Mission

As a Method TEC Engineer, you will:

  • Improve maintenance performance across SMQDC (Safety, Machine, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
  • Strengthen equipment reliability (MTBF, MTTR, RCA, reducing recurrent breakdowns & downtime).
  • Develop, standardize, and optimize maintenance methods, procedures, and planning.
  • Lead scheduling and maintenance planning activities.
  • Ensure spare parts readiness including PM parts, breakdown parts, and obsolescence management.
  • Promote M‑Foundation culture: ownership, autonomy, preventive mindset, and structured problem-solving.
  • Benchmark best practices across plants and ensure compliance through internal audits.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide method support in problem-solving meetings.
  • Contribute to competency development by supporting the TEC Manager with training plans and skill matrices.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical, Production, Safety, Quality, IE, Procurement, and equipment suppliers.

Who We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or complex industrial environments.
  • Experience with TPM or maintenance performance management is a strong advantage.
  • Strong problem‑solving and RCA skills; analytical reporting and presentation abilities.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD and Microsoft Project (intermediate level).
  • Strong communication, decision‑making, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • High ownership, adaptability, and commitment to delivering results.

Preferred

  • Experience in reliability engineering, maintenance method development, or continuous improvement.
