WICHTIGE ERWARTETE LEISTUNGEN: • Sie erteilen Bestellaufträge in Übereinstimmung mit den Einkäufsplänen (Priorität für elektronische Kataloge) oder durch rechtzeitige Delegation • Sie verfolgen die Lieferung der Produkte in Übereinstimmung mit dem festgelegten Ablauf und den Einkaufsprinzipien von Michelin • Sie identifizieren Qualitätsprobleme und senden eine Reklamation an den Lieferanten (Verspätung, falsche Menge, Qualitätsmängel ...) • Sie senden Einkaufsanfragen an den Käufer, die die autorisierte Menge überschreiben • Sie kontrollieren die Bestellung von der Anfrage (gemäß dem Einkaufsplan) bis hin zur Auslieferung. • Sie senden die nötigen Informationen an die Lieferanten (anfragende Person, Lieferadresse, Verpackung ...). • Sie verfolgen die Kennzahlen (Werte schaffend) • Sie archivieren die administrativen Dokumente.
