WICHTIGE ERWARTETE LEISTUNGEN Vertragsausführung • Sie stellen die präventive Überprüfung (Inspektion) von Fahrzeugen gemäß den im Vertrag und in den landesspezifischen Gesetzen oder Vertragsspezifikationen vorgeschriebenen Intervallen sicher. • Kennt die Fahrbedingungen und trägt zum Reifenempfehlungsprozess bei • Plant und führt notwendige Vorgänge zur Maximierung der Reifenlebensdauer durch Serviceausrüstung, Werkzeuge und Örtlichkeiten instandhalten • Kommuniziert im Falle von Service-Auftragsuntervergabe (M2-Modell) die durchzuführenden Arbeiten, überprüft deren ordnungsgemäße Ausführung und validiert deren Bezahlung Betriebsmanagement: • Kommentiert die Betriebsdokumente und stellt sicher, dass der Kunde diese bestätigt (z. B.: Nicht-gesehene-Fahrzeug-Liste) • Stellt die Rechnungsstellung für beschädigte Artikel sicher • Optimiert die betrieblichen Bestände (rollend und stehend) • Befolgt beim Arbeiten die Sicherheitsanweisungen
