ERWARTETE ERGEBNISSE
Selbstständiges Abarbeiten von Kundenaufträgen für Reifenwechsel mit fachmännischer Sorgfalt und unter Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften, Richtlinien & ERM Standards
 Prüfung des Zustandes und der Beschaffenheit von Reifen und Rädern unter Anwendung des fachmännischen Wissens rund um Reifen und Räder  Durchführung von fachgerechten Reifen- und Rädermontagen und  Sicherstellung einer korrekten Einlagerung von Reifen und Räder inkl. der entsprechenden Dokumentation.
Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten, Durchführung des vollständigen Masterchecks und Weitergabe der daraus resultierenden Informationen inkl. der Identifizierung von bedarfsgerechten notwendigen zusätzlichen Dienstleistungen ( Zusatzverkäufe, halten Sie sich über aktuelle Werbekampagnen und Produktkenntnisse auf dem Laufenden). Sicherstellung einer direkten geschäftliche Beziehung zum Kunden.
Tragen Sie gemeinsam mit dem Manager und dem Team zur Entwicklung des Servicecenters bei.
Zusammenarbeit im Team um die Ziele im SC zu erreichen und Beteiligung an der Umsetzung der Maßnahmen, die für ein gutes Arbeitsumfeld erforderlich sind.
Selbstständiges Arbeitsweise unter Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften & ERM Standards
Durchführung von Glasreparaturen bei Vorliegen der nachgewiesenen Qualifizierung
Durchführung von leichten technischen KFZ-Reparaturen (u.a. Ölwechsel, Scheibenwischer, Filterwechsel) bei nachgewiesener Qualifizierung
Kalibrierung und Instandsetzung von Assistenzsystemen bei Vorliegen der nachgewiesenen Qualifizierung
Fachgerechte Durchführung von Heißreparaturen an Reifen (LKW) bei nachgewiesener Qualifizierung
Durchführung von Achsvermessungs-und Einstellungsarbeiten bei nachgewiesener Qualifizierung
Fachgerechte Montage von Runflat und UHP-Reifen (WDK) bei Vorliegen der entsprechenden Zertifizierung
Sicherstellung der Mobilität der Kundenfahrzeuge im Panneneinsatz und vor Ort beim Kunden bei nachgewiesener Qualifizierung (MOB Fahrer)
